Human approval is mandatory
No public submission, generated draft, payment, or AI response publishes without an authorized TechStart editor approving it. The contributor supplies the facts; editors may improve clarity but may not invent claims or quotations.
How Spotlights are edited
We may correct grammar and punctuation, remove repetition, clarify an unambiguous reference, and break long answers into readable paragraphs. When material is shortened or rearranged, we may note that an interview was edited for length and clarity.
- Original answers are preserved privately.
- Claims may be attributed, softened, removed, or returned for more information.
- Private contact details and internal review notes are excluded from public pages.

Review and removal
We may reject, correct, withdraw, archive, or unpublish material involving false or unverifiable claims, impersonation, unsafe or illegal offerings, rights problems, undisclosed conflicts, harassment, or content that does not meet TechStart standards.
